  • Draft and refine the customer journey and ideal customer profiles.
  • Able to lead a team and projects.
  • Brainstorm and challenge customer acquisition strategies.
  • Find new and creative ways to boost startup revenue.
  • Plan and execute on new marketing tactics.
  • Create and pitch kickass presentations to corporate management boards.
  • Share knowledge internally & externally.
  • Organize workshops to strategize and ideate.

  • You have experience in articulating creative, brand and communications strategies. -> "Articulating creative and conversion campaign strategies"
  • You're not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English (German is a plus)
Your Background and experience
  • You have experience as Marketing/Growth lead scaling a (corporate) startup.
  • You are experienced in running digital marketing and marketing strategy workshops for large corporates.
  • You have a methodological approach in both project management and growth marketing.
  • You are familiar with innovation methodologies such as lean startup and design thinking.
  • Proven track record of scaling new ventures and/or business units is a must.
