Our company is scaling fast, getting more diverse every year with a growing number of Bundlers spread across multiple HUBS, including Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain and Germany. As our new culture and experience manager, your main challenge will be to ensure that our teams have access to the most ideal and comfortable working environment wherever they are. 

Here are just a few of the workstreams you’ll be taking ownership of:

  • Setting-up tools and processes that give fellow Bundlers access to different office locations.
  • Ensuring our teams get the daily vitamins and power food they need to keep going.
  • Managing facilities, office supplies, and equipment across multiple locations. 
  • Provide support in multiple areas, including IT setups and tool access.
  • Making our clients and visitors feel welcome when they join us for events, engagements, and workshops.

At Bundl, building team connections is everything 

A big part of how we build and maintain great memories and strong team connections is through our many informal team gatherings. As our new culture and experience manager, you’ll play a key role in facilitating those connections both face-to-face and through fun remote activities that include our global workforce. This includes:

  • Organizing the most fun and vibrant team events (for both local and international teams)
  • Sharing monthly news, updates, and events in new and interesting formats.
  • Celebrating team success & individual milestones with surprising activities and gifts. 
  • Taking ownership of the organization during our Bundl HQ weeks, which brings all remote employees to one of our offices around the globe. 

Smooth processes and administrative flows keep us on course

Running a fast-growing firm like Bundl entails quite a few administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate knows how to leverage powerful tools and set up clear processes to minimize the work and maximize insights. Your support in this area will include things like: 

  • Categorizing and redirecting incoming mail and email. 
  • Setting up and running a system to oversee the usage of shared assets. 
  • Work closely with our HR Officer Rachid in the onboarding of new collaborators. 
  • Helping our Finance & Operations Manager with financial closing cycles.
  • Supporting our project teams in their efforts to make our client engagements even more memorable.

The tools you love
  • Keynote/PowerPoint to present insights. 
  • Design tools to ensure impactful communication.
  • Experience in data gathering is a major plus. Tools like Excel (capturing data), Notion for planning and budget management (just to name a few).
  • Tools to facilitate remote team engagement.
