As our new Sales Account Manager, you’ll be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to boost sales both internally and right here at home. Some of your main tasks will include nurturing client relationships, ensuring sales targets are achieved and identifying new growth opportunities.
To accomplish these goals, you’ll be taking the lead in the following areas:
Creating stellar sales pitches and proposals
Generating new business
Managing our CRM system
Gathering valuable customer insights to boost future sales
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
Managing and automating the sales pipeline to scale our sales opportunities
Ensuring sales targets are met
Some of your weekly tasks will include:
Sales budget management
Following up on our sales pipeline
Gathering, analysing and presenting sales data to boost business intelligence
Tackling incoming sales requests
Providing support in the creation of new sales proposals
Effectively managing the CRM pipeline
Supporting our managing partners in maintaining and growing customer relationships
Finding new, effective and innovative ways to measure customer satisfaction
Setting up new sales meetings
